Chongqing Ruisheng Mechanical Factory (CRS) is a joint-stock enterprise founded in 1997. We specialize in marketing automobile components, covering an area of 6666.6sqm with 6,000 square meters of floor area. With persistence of quality and promise, CRS always follows the guideline of "devotion to production, quality in priority, focus on improvement and customer satisfaction". In August, 2008, CRS passed TS16949 Quality System Certification.

After 10 years of development, CRS has become competent on part machining on the basis of over 150 sets of different production equipment, including 2 machining centers, 45 numerical control machines, 14 high precision NC machines and more than 10 high precision multiple-spindle drilling machines and tappers. Meanwhile, our company is equipped with over 200 general and specific testing instruments and 390 measuring instruments to meet the requirement on high quality. Presently, the productivity allows CRS to yearly offer 600,000 various hub-bearing-type products, one million sets of stamping parts, 50,000 rinds of automatic clearance adjusting levers for motor lorries and two million wheel hub-bearings. The gross output value raised up to RMB40 million in 2010.

Now, CRS has 100 staff members, consisting 8 engineers (including two senior engineers), 15 managerial and technical personnel, 15 test members and 70 workers, among whom 45% have received high education or technical school education. They form a close, energetic and aggressive team with remarkable efficiency, systematic management and 100% success on new product development. CRS is aiming at RMB80 million of output value in three years while increasing the income of staff and offering them a harmonious industrial community.
