The Integrated units at Chiripal can handle a variety of fabrics, irrespective of the count or construction, like Printed Fabrics, Chiffon, 100% Cotton knitted fabrics, Polyester knits, Flock prints, Polar fleece, 100% Cotton bottom fabric, Denim fabric etc. These manufacturing facilities are equipped with the most modern, high technology for the production of Apparel Textiles, Home Textiles, and Furnishing fabrics.
Our strengths are as follows;
1.printed fabrics made from 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester and blends of polyester with cotton and viscose rayon.
2.100% Cotton knitted fabric (Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Rib) in tubular form. We have dyes and dye packages from internationally reputed dye manufacturers like Dyestar, Ciba etc, so as to ensure most desirable levels of fastness properties-Light fastness, Wash fastness, Rubbing fastness etc. Our annual production capacity for knits is about 2500 tons.
3.polyester Knits (Single Jersey, Double Jersey) .
4.flock Prints for Dress materials, Shirting and Upholstery. The installed capacity for this product is around 6 million mts.
5.polar fleece made from Polyester spun yarn, Polyester filament yarn (Dyed as well as Printed) . Our annual production capacity is around 5000 tons.
6.100% Cotton bottom material: We are equipped with C. B. R, Modern weaving facility (Air jet) and can provide PFD and PFP of a world class quality. We are on also in the process of installing C. D. R. That will start its production shortly.
7.denims: We have a state of art m / s like Sucker Muller (Germany) for dyeing and sizing. H/ S Air jet looms from Tsudacomma and Toyoda. Finishing M / c from Monfort. Our annual production capacity for denim is 35 million mts.
