Equipped with 4 sets of loop velvet Carpet apparatuses, we now can produce 1/10 & 1/8 loop; 1/8 jacquard; 8+4 loop velvet jacquard; the breadth includes 3.30m, 3.66m and 4.00m. Moreover, we are equipped with 2 sets of high loop velvet Chenille Carpet looms and one finishing back rubberizing production line.

The main materials are polypropylene BCF, stainable polypropylene BCF, nylon BCF, polypropylene & nylon twisting yarn, wool blending yarn, cotton yarn, PTT and special yarn.

Our Chenille Carpet loom mainly produces T/N superfine fiber Chenille fabric. This fabric can offer soft hand-feeling and excellent antistatic ability. It has excellent water adsorbing capacity. This fabric is good for the production of all kinds of cleaning products such as car-cleaning gloves, car-cleaning sponges and mops.

Moreover, we also produce T/N Chenille Carpets and All polyester Chenille Carpets of all specifications.
