Our main products are presently power transistors and diodes, and our facilities include 16 production lines producing over 3,500 items. We use our own laser printing machines to produce such models as TO-92, TO-126, TO-202, TO-3, TO-3pl, TO-66 MT-200 and many others. Our most popular items are our MJE and BT series.
