Milk is Collected from Milk Shed area of Punjab province covering 2500 villages. Milk vendors collect milk from commission agents spread all over Punjab, collecting milk from milk producers. These commission agents deliver milk to milk chilling centers established by milk vendors in the entire milk shed area. Milk vendors in turn send chilled milk in insulated tankers to dairy dock.
