Each hat is made by a group of up to four artisans and takes a couple of days to make.This gorgeous circle of feathers from Africa adds that dramatic focal point in your interior.The feathers are carefully sawn onto a raffia fiber base, covered with material on the outside that splays out into a huge circle.
