Cascade Analytical Reagents and Biochemicals is a new business venture started by chemists and chemical engineers in the biomass/biofuels arena. As we started scaling up our processes, we struggled with the high prices charged for everyday reagents for fermentation, propagation, etc. The situation became unmanageable, especially for D-xylose, the focus of our technology. By leveraging the global economy and utilizing our internal expertise in analytical chemistry, we were able to dramatically reduce our costs. Several colleagues also benefitted from our detailed specifications and competitive prices and asked if we had other materials available.

The result is Cascade Analytical Reagents and Biochemicals. Our prices are 50-80% less than comparably specified material from the big analytical reagent suppliers. In addition, our shipping costs are also much less. We are working to add new products, so please contact us if there are items that you regularly use but don't see offered.
