Carol Joyce Cosmetics was founded by Carol Joyce in 1948. The company was one the first cosmetic companies to do home party shows. She also did well with mail order. My wife, Elaine bought the business and the formulas in 1986 and continued to do mail order. We are now expanding into the Global Market. Our ingredients are all natural and of the highest quality. At this time because of my health Elaine & I are forced to sell the formulas & inventory.
