Mould development and manufacture plant: Undertake gravity low voltage & high voltage casting mould production and process copper, aluminum and zinc alloy die casting moulds. Produce processing and casting equipment 2. Piston plant: Mainly produce car pistons, engineering machinery pistons, marine pistons and wind-cooled pistons, with diameters within 50-200mm. Produce combined-type pistons, 2-ring pistons, butterfly type oil-saving asymmetric pistons, wear-resisting ring pistons, steel plate pistons and inside cold channel pistons. Surface treatment techniques include coating graphite, tin, phosphate, hard anodic oxidation, etc. 3. Special alloy plant: We can produce high Ni austenitic alloy wear-resisting ring pistons according to Mahler standards, international standards or customers' requests. We can also manufacture high temperature resistant and wear-resistant alloy parts.
