The structure of model being manufactured is reasonable, non-deforming and non-cracked, has long useful life, so they are well received by clients at home and abroad.Foundry factory commentced preparation for construction in the year of 2004, and officially put into production in March 2005.It is adopted alkaline phenolic technology, with resin sand production line of 12T, one of sand mixer of 12T and sand treatment system, 2500KW of power supply, 2 intermediate frequency furnaces of 4.5T, 1 intermediate frequency furnace of 4T and 1 heat-treating furnaces of 20T.Various kinds of large, middle and small castings of all carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and special alloy steel can be manufactured. Annual output is up to 6500 Tons.Main producets include: engineering machinery components, components of truck of mine, parts of large steam turbine generator, components of pulling-force testing machine, and various casting of macine tools.
