We are a professional chartered accountants firm based in Malacca specialising in professional secretarial, audit, taxation, accounting, business advisory and risk management services.

Our audit or assurance services focus on mitigating the income tax audit risk and compliance with statutory legal requirements. We also advise our clients on the income tax audit related issues in order to assist our clients in mitigating the risk and potential penalty to be imposed during the conduct of income tax audit exercised by the Inland Revenue Malaysia.

Our taxation service focuses on advising any tax savings opportunities via tax avoidance plan as allowed under the Income Tax Act (ITA) 1967. We also advise our clients on any opportunity to enjoy tax exemption plan under the Pioneer Status, Reinvestment Allowance, Investment Tax Allowance, Double Deduction and so on.

Other business advisory and risk management services cover internal control review, preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP) manual, fraud and forensic investigation, due diligence, income tax audit preliminary assessment and agreed upon procedures.

We assist our clients to review their company internal control procedures and advise them on any internal control weakness and provide advice on any area of improvement as deemed appropriate as well as benefiting the company operations. For those small & medium enterprise without internal control procedures, we can assist those clients to establish the SOP manual that best suits their company business structure and risk.

Our fraud and forensic investigation cover the examination of the company internal records and report to the management on any potential and/or actual fraud cases noted. This service involves a wide range of scope, from general to focused or concerned areas, depending on client specific requirements.

We also perform due diligence exercise for any acquisition or takeover exercise. Upon the due diligence exercise, we will present our findings to our client and discuss on any potential adjustment to be made in the targeted companies management accounts. It is crucial to ensure that the targeted companies do not over valued the acquisition price by uplifting the balance sheet values. This due diligence exercise covers both financial and tax due diligence. We also offer legal due diligence in collaboration with our experienced business associates in legal practice.

Income tax audit preliminary review and assessment for small & medium enterprise clients are other risk management services that we offer. We assist our clients to be prepared by performing a review of their company documents and documentation and providing professional advice on the best practices to systematically and strategically organizing their documents in advance before the Inland Revenue Malaysia conducts the tax audit review. We will also highlight those sensitive issues or areas to our clients and advise them to keep proper and sufficient documentation to justify the business transactions and in turn, to reduce the risk under the income tax audit exercise.
