We wish to introduce ourselves as Brunton Wolf Wire Ropes FZCo, based in Jebel Ali Free Zone-Dubai. Brunton Wolf is a joint venture between Usha Martin Limited, India, the worlds second largest rope producer and Gustav Wolf of West Germany, a leading producer of cord and specialty application ropes. The plant is the 4th steel wire rope manufacturing facility in the stable of Usha Martin, other being India, Usha Siam Bangkok and Brunton Shaw UK.

Usha Martin Group is in the business of steel and steel wire ropes since 1962. The group is the second largest wire ropes producer in the world having manufacturing facilities in India, Thailand and UK. The group is having an integrated specialty steel pant of 360,000 MT capacity catering to the market in India, South East Asia, Far East, Australia and Middle East and is exporting its wire rope to all parts of the world.

Established in 1887, GUSTAV WOLF can today look back on a history of more than 100 years. The growth of the GUSTAV WOLF group is based on modern development, founded on the long years, experience in the production of steel wires, steel cord and steel wire ropes. Today, four-production site in Germany, France and India are active in the production of GUSTAV WOLF special products to the tune of 75,000 MT.

The manufacturing facility in Dubai was set up in September 2003. Today the company is manufacturing 600 T/month of General Purpose & Specialty Wire Ropes and will be expanding to 1000 T/month by end of 2005.

Brunton Wolfs engineering & manufacturing expertise derives its strength from Usha Martin and Gustav Wolf. The basic steel comes through Blast Furnace Vacuum Degassed billets & blooms rolled in one of the State of the Art Rolling Mill and the steel is Tailor Made for wire rope application. This is a unique strength of the Group as no Steel Wire Rope producer is so well integrated and is assured of its raw material supplies.

Usha Martin India & BSUK are approved vendors to various major end users. Moreover, we are logistically appropriate to serve the Gulf & African Market.

Brunton Wolf Wire Quality Assurance Programme has been certified as per BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standards. We also have testing facility which is second to none and besides tensile strength testing we are equipped to test fatigue life, crush resistance, rotational characteristics of wire ropes.
