We concentrate to encourage the excellence of the working people who hand elaborate olives: harvesting, processing, pitting, stuffing and packing, is part of an integrated process of our company. The mature Peruvian olive (black olives) with natural fermentation is qualified worldwide as an excellent quality olive, due to its extraordinary taste, great size (different sizes), good texture and uniform purple color. We also process green olives, obtaining a delicious big product, with intense color ideal to be consumed with seeds, pitted or stuffed with products 100% natural, such as Red-Pepper, Hot-Pepper, Chestnuts, Almonds, Onion, Jalapeño, Garlic, Celery and others. We have the following presentations: 18 lt. pails (11-12 kg. drained weight), 18 lt. Greek pails (11-12 Kg. drained weight), 3.3 lt. small Greek pails (1.5-2.0 Kg. drained weight) and glass jars in different sizes. A different type of packing to meet your needs may also be available upon request.
