We have NOCs from all the concern departments. There are two projects in the pipeline and are coming soon. The four acres piece of land in Gulistan-e-Jauhar is situated in Block-9 / A, near Karachi Airport surrounded by developed societies and commercially developed plots. The big builders such as Rufi are just neighbors. The plots have been documented and all essential approvals from government bodies have been obtained.
The bills of quantities have been prepared and are ready for building the one unit and town houses ready for sale. The project is to be completed in 18-24 months and handed over to the purchasers. The average cost of one unit houses is the area about Rs. 5 million depending on the type of construction flooring, sanitary fillings, kitchen etc.
We are providing immediate possession and immediate construction of houses with approved building plan and Lease.
