The main products are vacuum furnace, hydrogen furnace and mono crystal puller, which are widely applied in such industries as degassing of electrical vacuum parts, annealing, brazing metal parts, ceramic metallization, magnetic material, fireproof material, new material development, heat treatment, aviation and electronics and quartz glass etc.
