Beijing JM Limited Corporation(the company predecessor is Beijing Pioner Fashion Co.,Ltd), with total investment of RMB 35 million yuan, is located in the capital of China, the eastern high-tech industrial park, in a 15000 sqm office space. Beijing JM Limited Corporation is currently involved in three areas of production: research and development of 4M ePTFE membrane, production of laminating fabric, production of high-tech garments.It was awarded the patent certificate of ePTFE membrane production technology in 2010, and registered the trademark of 4M the same year. Tested by international and national authority testing center, the 4M ePTFE membrane reaches the top leading quality in the world.
Beijing JM Limited Corporation has been already granted the high-tech enterprise in 2011, and was awared the quality management system of ISO9000 and the environmental management system of ISO14000 certificates in the beginning 2012.We have researched and developed ePTFE membrane for many years, and has worked out the production machine of ePTFE membrane, as well as ePTFE membrane in 2010. We have the sole intellectual property rights of the ePTFE membrane production, the membrane production equipment and the production process control software. We collected many high-tech talents such as machine technicians, process control system technicians as well as macromolecule R&D team.
We have three 4M membrane production lines with a width range of 1650mm, 1750mm and 2200mm. The width of 2200mm is rarely found in the world because of its technical difficulty.
The testing data of our 4M membrane is top quality in both waterproof and breathable.
We bought an advanced bonding machine from Italy for doing lamination, with the capacity of 2.4 million meters per year. The whole mechanized production line not only saves money, but is environmentally friendly because it uses less water, and power. We can offer you various of high-performance bonding fabric in two and three layers.
Our garment clothing production lines has 10 years history. Our clothing technology research and development department provde technical support to all our production lines, from pattern to sewing to finished products. For the products quality control, we persist QC in the production lines first, then to the finished goods inspection, clothing quality has been strictly controlled, making our customers satisfied with the high quality.
Our mainly product range is protective, wearable work wear, army uniforms, as well as outdoor sports clothing. Most of our products are exported to Norway, Denmark, Sweden, France, Germany, Britain and other European countries. We produce clothing for several well-known clothing brands.
