B.C. Holdings is the investment firm that owns and directs the investments of the Chimutashu family and its investment partners. Today, B.C. Holdings has a substantial stake in the ownership of various major businesses i.e. MAINDEAL TRADING, ALLYSCOM INVESTMENTS AND LISVALE PROPERTY DEVELOPERS etc, both real estate and non-real estate related, with a level of involvement in the management of these companies that ranges from active to passive. Our holdings also include significant, diversified positions in financial investments.

While B.C. Holdings has grown increasingly active in a variety of diversified investment activities, real estate is our foundation. Sir Bright Chimutashu began a career of real estate development in December 1999 when he started a company called LISVALE TRADING t/a LISVALE PROPERTY DEVELOPERS. Since that time he and his family have had a prominent role as developers and investors in the Zimbabwe and international real estate markets.
