In line with its aggressive acquisition program it has acquired the Genesis Alert System® and its related patents. Genesis Alert® is an in situ aquatic monitoring system which provides early warning of significant toxic loads, from oil spills to bio-threats. The Company has also acquired an exclusive license for Envirowatch, an environmental super site and its proprietary search engine, this site was also developed by Baxter Technologies and integrates with GenAlert SystemÒ to provide threshold data notification via the Internet.
