Baoding Nuobo Rubber Production Co., Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of Great Wall Motor Company Limited, founded in October 1996, located in No.2288 South Chaoyang Ave. Now it occupies over 33, 000 ã�á area, with registered capital of RMB 40.80 million, and has more than 1, 300 employees.ã�� We have more than 400 sets of equipments, which contributes to advanced automatic refined rubber center, frameworks processing, vulcanization equipment, automobile seal extrusion line, seal strip connection equipment and test equipment. Its fixed asset is about RMB 130 million. Our main products cover rubber shock-absorber products and automobile seal products.ã�� We have independent technical center, with 120 technicians. We have the ability to design the engine mount, chassis bush, automobile seal and the vehicle match. The company has synchronous design ability with OEMs. We have formed a complete development process of design, test validation, sample trial.ã�� According to our strategic planning, in order to meet the growing requirements of customers continuously, the new Nuobo (Xushui) project is established which located in Xushui Great Wall Automobile Industry Park, covering an area of 71, 000 ã�á. Its designing capacity is 600, 000 sets of vehicle supporting per year. Total investment is about RMB 230 million. And it plans to put into operation in December 2012, when the total capacity will reach 1.3 million sets of the vehicle supporting capacity.
