as specialist for Coatings on the top of inorganic chemicals with the particles size
of D 98, 6 Micron to D98, 0. 17 Micron.
With our coatings process we can improve the surface area of inorganic chemicals, due to which dispersion improves, which tint strength and optical properties, ,

- lower seal tempreture: when using 13% of CHA range in sealent layer in butane based LLDPE film grade it can be sealed @ 75 c. and with the pressure of 32 n / mm2
- higher hot tack seal strength: using 13% of CHA range in sealent layer in butane based LLDPE film
Grade hot tack seal strength will be 2. 5 n / cm width
- higher MVTR barrier: when using 13% of CHA range mvtr barrier improovs by 10-15%
- higher dart: when using 13% of CHA range the dart of the film improves vs butane based LLDPE film,
- higher polarity (can be adjusted as customer demand) : when using 13% of CHA range improvves the polarity of the final film
