WE started CNC Turning facility in 2003 with one CNC Lathe. Today we provide CNC Turned Components for high critical applications in Instrumentation, Hydraulic and Pneumatics, Process Machinery, Locomotive Components and others.
Our organization has set a vision to become one of the front runners in the manufacturing and supply of the engineering goods in our product line from India. In our drive to attain this goal, we continually put in effort and hard work to usher in innovative changes to our products and make them useful and beneficial even in the light of technological advance. We also ascertain the quality of our products to international standards which are used in various critical engineering applications.
What We Do
Precision metal cutting operations involving turning,milling,grinding,honing,heat treatment,coating as per print.Turned parts, machined parts, CNC turned parts, precision turned parts with secondary operations like milling and drilling, turned parts with heat treatment.A variety fo raw materials-steel turned parts, aluminium turned parts, brass turned parts etc
The entire range is CNC MACHINING at our highly sophisticated manufacturing unit which is equipped with state of the art technology ensuring optimum efficiency and performance. We are an ISO 9001 -2008 certified company and ensure that that all manufactured components are tested as per requisite industry parameters. Further, we have also installed a in-house quality testing facility managed by efficient quality controllers. Being a client centric organization, we ensure that durable solutions to our clients.
