B.Dialdas & CO. (HK) Ltd has been a Trading Company in Hong Kong for over 50 Years. Founded by the Late Dialdas K. Motwani in 1952. Mr. Dialdas K. Motwani was born in Hyderabad Sind. Father to 6 children worked very hard to support his family and began his career with very humble beginnings selling and carrying Cloth from door to door, he proved to be a very good salesman always paying attention to what his customer wants no matter how small or big their requirement, a trademark he taught all of his children.

After partition he was forced to leave his home and belongings and set of with his family and decided Hong Kong was the place for him. And thus B. Dialdas & Co was born. Realizing times were changing he knew business had to adapt to the new global market but was not sure how to start. At this time his Son Mr. Parkash Motwani introduced his father into trading. To which his father listened carefully as he always had a soft spot for his son, not because of emotional attachment but because of his honest hard working ethics that always brought results.

The young Prakash still in his teens managing to always shock his teachers by passing all his classes without showing up to all the lectures, decided he would set his mind on business. That is exactly what he did helping to expand the business to all corners of the globe working closely with his customers helping them develop new and innovative ideas. Although the company may have grown and is always changing and adapting to the market requirements the one fact that always remains the same is loyalty and hard work for the customer no matter how big or small.
