We produce an extra virgin olive oil âNocellaraâ, and table olives harvested by hand and pressed the same day. Our extra virgin olive oil, and natural sedimentation, appears green in color with golden reflections, lingering scent of freshly picked olives, intensely flavored with a slightly spicy taste and an acidity equal to 0.02% . Whenconsumed raw, enhances the flavor of grilled meat, fish, salads, bruschetta and all the dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.
