AYDINLAR Macaroni Flour Semolina Food Industry and Trade Inc. Co. is a company which produces flour for 50 years. It begun the production of macaroni in 2004, under the brand Diba Makarna, with 20 kinds of spaghetti and short cuts. The products are manufactured untouched and with the guarantee of TSE (Turkish Standarts Institutions). They are controlled in laboratories equipped with developped control systems.The plant, established in Gaziantep Organized Indusry Region on 15.000 m2 , has reached the production capacity of 250 tons/month of spaghetti and 1000 tons/month of short cuts. Macaronies are produced from %100 hard Durum Wheat and water, with no artificial coloring and food additives. The products do not contain eggs.Package types consist of 10 Kg carton boxes and 10 KG PE bags by 20 x 500 gr spaghetti or short cuts packs.Our company is aiming to impove the quality level by obtaining ISO and HACCP guarantee certificates. Therefore, as a main principle, studies on Total Quality Management are continueing in order to provide perfect quality to customers within the domestic and foreign markets. It meets demands from Africa and Middle East counties but searches for new markets to extend its position in pasta market.
