Asia-Pacific Light Alloy (Nantong) Technology Company Limited is located at No.29 Haifang Road, Haian Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu. This location is near to many convenient transportation facilities. There is 2km distance from the junction of G15 and G28 highways or Haian railway station, and the later one is the junction of Xingchang railway and Ningqi railway. Driving to Shanghai Hongqiao airport, Shanghai Pudong airport or Nanjing Lukou airport needs only 2 hours from our company. If driving to Nantong airport or Yancheng airport needs only 1 hour.

Mr. Zhou fuhai, the founder of Chinese automotive aluminum alloy tube and profile invested our company. First investment: Registered capital 150million CNY. Total investment: 600 Million CNY. We have the capacity of 50,000ton every year. The initial plant which covers an area of 100000 square meter started production in 2011. We have the implements of TS16949 2009 quality management system and ISO14001 2004 environmental system.

Initial input equipment
1, Smelting and casting systems 25T smelting furnace, 35T smelting and holding furnace, the casting system, EM stirring& mixing, online degassing, tube type filtration, 2 stage ceramic filtrations, hydraulically operated casting system, 4 homogenization systems, automatic cutting system.

2, Extrusion equipment includes 3200Tone, 2800Tone, and 1350Tone. Extruders are made of Italian techniques with high degree of automation capable for manufacturing high quality aluminum alloy products.

3, Drawn tube equipment, tube spinner, automatic cutting line, online annealing system, other matched equipment.

We mainly focus on manufacturing precision drawn round tube, multihole extrude flat tube and extrusion profiles. Our products are used in air condition system, refrigerator, automobile, textile machine, machining and aerospace fields.
