DEAR SIRS / MADAM,I HAVE THE DIRECT CONTACT WITH A LIABLE REFINERY THAT HAS THE CAPACITY TO BECOME A POTENCIAL SUPPLIER FOR D2, JP54, LPG, LNG, PROPANE, AV GAS, HEATING OIL, GASOLINES, ASPHALTS, PETROLEUM COKE AND IFOS.THE BUYER SHOULD FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURES TO BECOME A CLIENT OF THE REFINERY.The buyer must send a written request (LOI or ICPO) WITH A BANK REFERENCE. Minimum order 50K MT per product, shipments only on 50K or 100K MT vessel each. After evaluating the request, the refinery will send an offer to the buyer. Buyer accepts offer and will receive a draft contract. Once the contract is signed by both parties, the buyer will send (bank to bank) a Stand by Letter of Credit (SBLC) or a Bank Guarantee (BG) to cover for two cargoes and valid for the length of the contract plus one month. The refinery within 48 hrs will issue loading schedule information along with the Pro-Form Invoice for the first cargo, to be paid by wire transfer as per contract. As soon as the vessel is loaded the refinery send to the buyer the shipping documents ( SGS inspection, B/L, Commercial Invoice, Title transfer, fees, etc.), originals by courier and copies by email. Following shipments must be paid by wire transfer (MT-103) within ten (10) banking days after the vessel has been loaded and corresponding shipping documents are presented to the buyer as per contract.
