Total space of company production facilities is over 35 000 m2. Total staff is over 600 employees. Our experience in production of bathroom furniture is over 10 years.
With the understanding of responsibility before our clients Aqua Rodos company produces home furniture, which complies with not only worldwide trends of interior fashion, but also with the latest technological innovations and international quality standards.
We are proud that for 12 years our company occupy market leadership in the production of bathroom furniture (share of sales in this segment exceeds 70%), and we have entered the home furniture market. This is the new direction of business, which we, as confident market player, develop successfully and we are grateful to our customers for the appreciation of our work.
In our new catalogue we present you created with love and care furniture collections for for kids rooms , living rooms, bedrooms. All furniture is produced at the Aqua Rodos factory (Slavuta, Khmelnytsky region, kraine), which is equipped with the latest technologies. Total production and warehouse area is more than 35,000 m2. Over 700 highly qualified specialists everyday provide manufacturing processes of production of home furniture of Aqua Rodos TM, and our designers are highly concerned about the esthetic and ergonomic qualities of the furniture.
We use only up-to-date technologies and modern equipment:
- Format processing of boards is made at the cutting lines Selco
WNT 730 of Holzma (Germany) and Biesse (Italy) companies.
- Drilling and milling of technological holes operations are made
by boring machines Biesse Skipper, Biesse Rover, Biesse Techno FDT (Italy) according to the requirements of technological maps.
- Edge processing is made by single-sided edge-banding machines Biesse Stream (Italy), materials - PVC, melamine and veneer.
- Calibration and grinding of components is made by modern
equipment Biesse Viet (Italy).
- Radial milling is done by milling centres Biesse Rover (Italy).
- Veneering is made by hot-pressing at the press machines Orma (Italy).
- End-grinding is made by Technolegno Compact (Italy).
- Paint and varnish works are made on the newest lines of Celfa Finishing with ICA (Italy) materials.
We produce our furniture only with certified eco-friendly materials,
that are not harmful to health.
In production we use Egger chipboards and furniture boards
(Austria) and Kronospan MDF (Czech Republic). Committee
on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection recommends
Egger Chipboards as a material for the production of kids furniture,
due to its environmental compatibility, especially, for low
formaldehyde content.
Our furniture is equipped with high-quality hardware.
Furniture hardware by Blum international corporation allows
to open and close the doors easily, softly and quietly during the
whole term of use. The hinges are equipped with Blum gas closers.
Adaptive system Blummotion adjusts to any speed of closing
and to any weight of the door or drawer. Built-in fuse protects the
system from damages. Drawers are installed on hidden furniture
guides with soft-closing function. The doors and drawers are
opened nicely, softly and quietly.
Our furniture meets international quality standards and requirements
of the Ukrainian legislation. The quality of our furniture
is confirmed by international ISO 9001 certificate. Aqua Rodos
furniture is produced in accordance with the requirements
of GOST "Furniture. General specifications. 16731-93". Quality
control department strictly controls product quality at all stages
of production.
Quality of service is just as important for us as the quality of
products.
