Anshan Dongtai Wear Resistant Material, Co. Ltd. was established in February, 2004 with an area of 24,400 square meters. Our company is an outstanding private enterprise specializing in the production of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and heat-resistant alloy iron and steel castings. Currently, our production capacity of various types of wear-resistant casting balls and heat-resistant steel castings is 10,000 tons.

From the very beginning of establishment, our company has emphasized the importance of market-oriented ideology. We take technology as the guarantee and modern enterprise management as the purpose, pursuing rapid, sound and sustainable development. Therefore, we have become a member of World Outstanding Chinese Entrepreneur Association Director Unit, the standing director unit of Chinese Mechanical Academy for Wear Failure Analysis and Anti-wear Technology Committee, Good Credit Management Model Unit for National Product Quality Assurance and top 100 enterprises of Liaoning Profession Association. Regarding quality as our concentration, we take plan, research, development, sales, service and environment protection as our main line. In our physical and chemical testing center, we have sophisticated C-S analyzers, spectrophotometers, electronic scales, Rockwell hardmeters, Brinell hardometers, infrared thermometers, dual-lens digital camera metallographic microscopes, H = 8m falling ball testing machines, plasma cutting machines and other testing equipment. With these advance equipment, products can be precisely weighted, melting process can be supervised and casting temperature can be tested continuously.

Considering that our current production capacity can not meet the needs of the market, we acquired 31,000 square meters land in Anshan High and New Technology Zone in June, 2006. Therefore, the total output can top 30, 000 tons. Our new plant uses the technology of Zhongnan University invention patent (Patent No. ZL98112329.5) to carry out Cr-Mn-W wear-resistant ball production. The invention patent can be checked in "The Ninth Five-Year National Scientific and Technological Important Achievements Promotion Plan Guide" (text No.: State Science and Technology Achievement 1998 No. 20). With the advance technology, our Cr-Mn-W wear-resistant balls are proved to have following advantages: performance has improved 62 percent compared with low-chrome cast iron accessories, the electricity consumption drops 15.4 percent, the key indicators have all achieved the domestic leading level.
