Plywood: This is the most popular man made wooden boards. Our plywood are size 1220x2440mm, with thickness ranging from 5.0mm to 21mm. Film faced plywood: We declare that all our film faced plywood are in high quality. We do not produce 1 time hot pressed FFP, as that can not be used more than 1 time. Our film faced plywood is made from large veneers and has a good physical characteristic. We do not tell you that our FFP is WBP glue, as our FFP is MUF glue, which is a type of water proof glue made from melamine and urea-formaldehyde resin. WBP is water boiling proof, which is considered as phenolic glue only. However, too many factories said that their glue is WBP with the fact that they are using MUF. We do not want to cheat, as we know that the buyer will know the reality at the end. However, we can promise that our FFP can be used for at least 10 times. 3. Melamine faced boards: Here we get melamine faced MDF/particle board/plywood/block board. We have specialized producing lines for melamine faced boards, as the hot pressing process for melamine laminating requires for higher temperature than common plywood. You can choose any melamine sheet designs from any Chinese suppliers and just let us know the ID number and producer name.
