The specialty of the company is on advanced process and product development, using advanced materials, high performance magnesium and aluminum alloys. The company is planning to invest nt$100 to 150 millions in the next 1 to 2 years for various establishments. Amspec will use the most advanced mg and AL alloy made by vdc casting and extrusion process, and then develop special plastic deformation technology to produce tubes and sheet products. In the initial phase amspec will establish precision rolling production capability, develop forming equipment, and gradually establish the world class production capability to produce high precision, high added-value wrought products of mg and AL alloys.
