Alfa Prima Teknindo Elektronik(APTE) was established in 1996 as an electronic ballast manufacturer. Through the years we evolved into a Lighting Solution company that strives to improve people's lives and businesses with efficient and sophisticated lighting solutions based on our understanding of Indonesia lighting infrastructure and global innovation breakthrough. We pride ourselves as the first Indonesian manufacturing company that produce Electronic Ballast.

APTE's products include electronic ballast, emergency fixtures, power pack, halogen fixtures, and street lamp fixtures, all under the registered brand TOPFLASH. Our products are specially designed to exceed European standards(IEC) as well as local Indonesian standards(SNI). At APTE, quality is not only a goal, it is the way we do our business.
