According to UNDP human development index, Bangladesh has the position of 139 among 177 countries. Bangladesh is a poor and populous country. Bangladesh has a very low GDP and many people live below poverty line. A survey attended by Bangladesh Bank suggests that 59% of the total population lives below the poverty line and 18.07% lives in extreme poverty. It is said that this added population is a barrier against the development. It?s true. But at ADF we view it from a different corner. This added population can be a part of the development process of the country; this will only happen if we can properly educate the people. This is the only way out of this problem. Institutional education can lead a happy and prosperous life as well as can add to the prosperity of the country. The government has successfully launched and continuing the Free Primary Education Project. They are also proving stipend to select students in the high-school and colleges. Such attention of the government is always appreciated. However, primary education is not much effective to cope with the present world. To gain professional success in every field, nowadays a person needs higher degrees of education. And so far education at high school level and colleges has been found quiet expensive for the people we could hardly manage a meal twice a day. Here is the contrast between developed and developing countries. Due to poverty many of the families could hardly manage their basic needs of foods-clothing-home. They are heavily struggling to live a life. So, it becomes impossible for the students of those families to continue at high-school and advance their life to some better extent. Many of the students, however, manages to continue their studies at school but as some of them may be weak in some subjects, sometimes they need a private tutor to help them with. In many cases, they cannot provide the tuition fee and fails at those subjects. It is the duty of the people of the society,
