Acacia Gems Ltd (New Zealand company) is run by Rumishael and Robyn Masanga. Rumishael is a native Tanzanian, who previously led a team mining Tanzanite in Merelani. This experience makes him an expert in choosing quality gemstones; and because he personally purchases the gemstones in Merelani, we guarantee the quality of the Tanzanite gemstones we sell. Rumishael is also fully aware of the issues the miners and their community face.
