About us:
We are a gathering of young designers who have experience on brand entrepreneur, unlike apparel branded giants we dont design or market our product through the usual Business Solution. Rather, we look into the cultural details that grasp the attention of contemporary consumers; a means of expressing what fashion is at street or urban level is our brand goal.
About Mistress
After successfully marketing a few brands such as Player, Circux, and DQ, 3PI is introducing Mistress, a street / fashion wear strictly for ladies. Female street wear in the current consuming pyramid was more of a complementary product. Changing the size from XL to XS, replacing the design from a mens t-shirt onto a smaller size; and not to mention the never changing material of preshrunk cotton, preshrunk cotton and preshrunk cotton. In some smarter case they do a little cutting and trimming. This is not what we do here at 3PI.
3PI now attempts to turn the tables around by introducing Mistress, a term which expresses women in authority, a symbol of sexuality, and an expression of devoted or irrational love. All of which cores the value of our design of women in their rational, sexual, or sentimental perspective. Customizing every collection with its own cutting and fabric, letting our designs fly from the womens angle and truly design a feminine street fashion brand, this is Mistress Apparel.
Our Designers
3PI has all-in-all 5 designers mastering design skills such as hand-sketching, graffiti, vector design and combined with our very own cutting of each collection we present street designs with the upmost quality; with designers educated in England, Hong Kong, Taiwan, US, and Australia we combine diversities of street fashion style to create a feminine brand acceptable to all.

3PI has its own 4m x 8m shooting studio with 2 FORMEX D400 and a FORMEX D600 to present the best quality of photos for our viewers and advertisement. We are also constructing an extraordinary website with 360 degrees of view on all our seasonal looks! With state of the art flash-web designer we will have an online Mistress site to amaze even the most experienced shoppers. 3PI is also the producer of X Paper, a free magazine distributed throughout Taiwan; the magazine focus on street cultures we called Second Degree Cultures. This term basically means the collection of cultures or hobbies that relates to STREET as a whole. X Paper advertise urban / street clothing stores, show readers how others dress and educate readers information on graffiti, DJ, surfing, skateboarding, BMX, etc all of which is included in what we called Street Culture, and also a section that advertises entertainment related events or places such as where to club, music events, restaurants, and celebrity events.
